Advanced Booking
- A “block- booking” takes place when a member of the Door-2-Door Transport service pre-books the same daily or weekly journey, without the need to ring back the operator to confirm each individual trip.
- You can block-book your journeys for up to four weeks in advance, subject to the discretion of the operator. You will therefore be expected to re-book your block-booking at the end of each four-week period (should you wish to do so).
- If you need to cancel an individual block-booking journey, you should inform the operator by 4pm on the day prior to travelling.
